Sorry Happened to me as well, felt like a dumb ass after calling them and asking when it would be delivered.Then realizing I forgot to send proof of payment for an extra item. On CWC vs BC...Ordered with CWC, got it sorted eventually and stuff was here, with the delays, in 6 business days. (Wheelset + tyres)Ordered from BC, set of wheels, took 15 business days to arrive... It says after the order if you select EFT: Please mail us your proof of payment with your order number as a reference. or something like that... Thanks Sounds to me like you had never sent it and rather than admitting you were at fault trying to clear your name, come now man, like you said communicate first with them before naming and shaming them.
