It's an 80's Treviso. Came out with Shimano 105, 7 speed. Upgraded to a mix of Campy stuff - Record, Veloce, Croce D'aune, Triomphe.

Okay, so when we got home, it looked something like this...

...which, for what they end up as, contain way too much unnecessary engineering...the axle is fiddly, and requires a weird "quarter-turn" to clip it all together...and you think Geax tyres are awful to do tubeless conversions on, try fit these horrible things...

...but we left it here. I finished the fourth book after his mum came to pick him up, and promised to leave the fifth and last manual and three packets of pieces for him to finish the build...

there seems to be an awful lot of pieces lying around. I assume they are not "essential" :whistling:

no mmatter how completely you build a particular set, they always seem to pack spares...
