Honey Stinger Waffle - Yum!

Honey Stinger used to be available locally. It was distributed by somebody in Jhb but they stopped bringing it in. I used their product for a while and it was better than anything else that was available locally taste wise IMO.

I also got one from a family member who was here from the USA doing Tour de Tuli last year. OK, I only got one. but to me it was the same as those waffles from the Netherlands that you get at your local friendly Spar, they call it "stroop wafels" and they come in little packets of 5 or 6. Also got one of their Honey Stinger gels...but yuo have to use a few to see if it makes anty difference

Not sure if the Honey Stinger products made any more difference than the Gu's or Vooma's etc, I did find that their gels were a LOT easier to get down and didn't leave a k@k taste in my mouth afterwards, Their bars were really tasty as well as the energy chews. All organic if that is your thing but most of all they tasted natural not as artificial as some of the products currently available.
