Got my RF at a clearance sale so almost couldn't say no which helped with the making up of my mind. The Easton is a good call. Great quality and proven tough. Maybe just a tad too narrow for my liking... Nice ride indeed, One question a little off topic....why are so many top end Fox and RockShox forks white?It's a model deferentiator. patches Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 yup! Fox Factory (the Kashima ones) don't have as much colour choice as For Performance (the run-of-the-mill ones on OEM bikes). When it comes to Fox Factory, in some cases the only available colour is white. In others it's black.
(Deon) Posted May 16, 2012 Posted May 16, 2012 Good question, cant get the 36 Factory 160mm in black. Than answer is to splash some white in other places, the grips are a good place, they should be white. Why did no-one suggest such an obvious thing??
