FirstV8 Posted February 6, 2021 Share I ride a full suspension and get a good 6000 km ( 6 months ) out of a good quality chain and about 10,000km on a cassette ( Shimano ) I dont mash gears and am careful about which chainring im on when i need to climb . Cleaning of chain is essential depending on terrain .
