Another headache for some of us...

... dont see why us the poor taxpayer has to pay for 2 corrupt systems that does exactly the same thing.

 

Perhaps someone can explain what this stupid Rica system was/is supposed to do?

 

I had to waste time to produce proof of address and what not to register MY phone number in MY name, now what?

 

Why do I still get calls (from the network operators that were apparently the drive behind Rica) looking for some other person?

Can the knobheads not see on this useless pointless Rica system that the phone is registered in my name???
