I think physio's are better. there's no evidence to show that a chiro can 'manipulate' your bones or joints straighter (though having your back clicked is really satisfying and the exercises they give you are helpful). ultimately your muscles govern all so a good physio would be a better bet.

seriaass its just like the cycling industry, 26'er, 29'er, 650b, 27.5inch, 25 and three quarters divide by 7square roots of pi......

 

physiotherapist, chiropractor, biokinetitst, general practitioner, massage therapist .... really just like a bicycle they all get you there in the end, some are just slower than others.

Wow and here I am wasting money going to a qualified person .
