Speed Racer Posted July 3, 2012 Share Thanks, what time and how cold is it that time of the morning? Gates open at 7am. So aim to set off at about 710. The forecast for Sun is 1deg (lo) and 11 deg C. Could be a bit cold.
Speed Racer Posted July 3, 2012 Share Agh Suikerbos is great training for the Jock but the Jock in some senses isn't as steep so seems easier. My little opinion. But if you aren't fit, both will hurt like hell That's the theory. Suffer now, spend later ;-)
