and toe-clips. you modern day wussies think it's difficult learning to ride with SPD's?

try these things - designed as a medieval torture device, they eventually found their way onto mountainbikes in the early 90's. their key function was to ensnare a shoelace and take you DOWN when you try to put your foot out!
