My absolute favourate is Angels (for a harder & longer workout i do 5x8min climbs).

For more race-like situations, i prefer Downward Spiral (mix of longer and shorter intervals).

Busy downloading ISLAGIATT now.

I'm addicted to these videos and look forward to jumping on the IDT each session.

So general consensus is:

- Just download the stuff (variety will be good)

- It works fine for the Tacx Booster trainer & Rollers

- Get ready to bleed through your eyeballs

- Repeat as required :thumbup:

theres also an ergo file that you can use to import it into one of those fancy stationary trainers.

 

its called Sufferfest_Erg_Files.xls look for it online. its to big to attach.
