What do you guys think about this for weight loss?

Almost all programs will work (to varying degrees) if you STICK to it!

 

As per MBP's advice and Gnarly's 1st rule of weight loss 'eat less, **** more' .....

Cut out carbs. Sugar, bread, potatos, rice, pasta, fruits with high sugars, fruit juices, soft drinks,etc. I lost 4 kilos in a month.

as above plus....

Eat more protein and vegetables.

Get into a gym and do some weights.

Try and do your rides first thing in the mornings before eating.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
