You are allowed to have an opinion without having the satisfaction of ramming it down someone's throat. Let somebody make a statement. If it offends you hit the report botton or click the Back buitton or the close window button on your browser. The only thing that happens when you start an argument is that your blood pressure and those of some of the rubberneckers goes up. I read the batman thread. Most of it went against what I believe in but I didn't blow a gasket and start flinging handbags. I left a comment and moved on. I think that to a certain extent your reactions and interactions on an online forum show your level of maturity. I have thrown a few handbags in my time eher but come to realise that this place is made up of a lot of different people and the sooner you become more tolerant the better for you. There are always going to be trolls. You just need to have your troll goggles handy to be able to indentify them.
