I believe in giving credit where it`s due, so to Graham at Cape Cycles thanx for:

 

1. Tending to my call immediately and giving me your direct email

2. Making arrangements to ensure my problem gets dealt with as soon as it arrives at your shop to avoid further delays

3. keeping me up to date with the progress as well as options regarding the matter

4. Going the extra mile in getting me the color I wanted and having the item repaired - SAME DAY!

 

Struggled for 7 weeks with another supplier so dealing with Cape Cycles was a pleasure.

 

Will go out of my way to support their brands in future.

 

That`s my Rave for the day!

Not being negative towards Cape Cycles or you but it still amazes me that we rave about service that should be "normal" service.

 

Not just cycling related but in general...

why, it is is quite exceptional to find a LBS that answers phone calls and is capable of replying to emails.... :-) :whistling:

Seriously. What crawled up your asses that you need to diss every post about good service.

 

If a person feels they received good service from a supplier or LBS then let them comment on it.

Especially if they do not get thrown out the shop like Berg Bok.....
