RANDFONTEIN EPR ROAD CYCLE RACE 25 AUG

The 30 km route is the same as last year flat and fast the first 30 km of the 55km route is the same then you do another 25 km loop that's not flat lekker hill or 2 with moerse downhill section .

Where did that wind come from in the last 30 kms I was feeling ok at 90 but when I headed into that wind I suffered that last section was a interesting baptism into the dark art of road cycling.

 

I have a new respect for Roadies you guys are strong and the pace is relentless I dont have the legs yet to stay in the groups so its a pretty tough ride alone.

 

I enjoyed it although it was prob not the right distance to start with as suffered from about 90kms but alot of that was that bloody wind.

 

But I am hooked looks like the Blur is gonna get a lot more rest time in my garage
