Hi Kandui

Tried a 42/26 combo at Trans this year.........worked like a dream (11hour 55min)

You missed out this year.

Hey Doc! Well, done on the Trans. Too much pt for me this time. I'd like to see you push a 42/26 at the Pioneer. I'm not as strong as you.

Thanks for the Q Ring guide. I guess I tried to ride as per usual and my legs took a beating. At some points I was flying up the hills, but taking a hammering later on in the ride. I have now done 85km of off-road riding and will do the last 120km at an easier pace.

Interesting to read the difference between road and mountain bike adaptation distances. 500km to 200km. So it is true. Every 1km on the dirt is equal to 2,5km on the road.

Me thinks it is about TITS...

No not those ones!!!

Time In The Saddle!!!

Maybe a recommended amount of Hrs in the saddle might be "more accurate".

Keep me posted

Plan to ride a couple of hours this weekend with the Q-RIngs. Took the whole week off so as to start fresh as it were. Flipping bump on my ass came back again :cursing: Eina as crap! Got to let it subside.

Your'e gonna laugh now...

Oxy-10, yes the pimple stuff, helps for saddle sores...

Just be warned, the peroxide might stain your bib chamois or your jocks
