When the brakes cool down, does the problem go away? If yes, then it's probably just air in the system and a bleed will sort it out.

If not, then it may be sticky slave piston seals or a faulty master return spring as mentioned earlier.

Wheel bearings would be easy to confirm - when the problem occurs just take the wheel out and see if the axle turns smoothly. If it's a battle to get the wheel out then it's your brakes.

What he said. My guess would be that they need a good bleed.

I don't know a lot about brakes and wheels as I am a lady but I know the one mechanic said he took some air out of the brakes but this did not solve the problem. The brakes was also adjusted but this also did not help. I will ride with the bike again and if I have the problem again take the wheel out and spin it to see if it perhaps are the bearings.

When you spin the wheel, make sure that you hold the axle and not just the quick release! Sometime of soe air comes out it doesn't mean that all the air has come out...

Where are you based?

clean the system out and replace the fluid with a compatible fluid known to be used by the local shops we had a similar problem last year with a number of bikes of different brands and brakes it turned out they had cold climate fluid that heated up and expanded in our temperatures causing the brakes to tighten up progressively, you can test this by leaving the bike in the sun and see if the brakes start binding. just watchout not all fluids are compatible with all manufacturers seals so you must get a compatible fluid.
