amoryns Posted September 5, 2012 Share so ordered items from their site 3 days ago....up to date cant tell me when I will receive the parcel nor where it is at the moment....no tracking number availableI live in JHb, they are based in JHB...so why can CWCycles deliver in less than a day and they are situated 1100km's away...PATHETIC!! When an item I ordered (that was shown as in stock) was in fact out of stock they contacted me immediately and made a plan to replace with an alternative part. Many of my cycling buddies have had only positive experiences too. We have all made further purchases from them. Order in the correct way and you'll receive your parcel as promised. Contact them through the correct channels and you'll hear from them timeously. Maybe the hold up is with couriers as only when they pick up a parcel can buycycle provide you with a tracking number from the relevant courier. One more thing is that they generally do not carry all the stock so another supplier of the goods are the hold up. I ordered a helmet and when it arrived it was too big. They exchanged it gladly and the cost for sending it there and back was minimal. Chat to Chrizelle as she was very helpful with my exchange. Paul Ruinaard Posted November 16, 2012 Share Buycycle order (my last one) didnt arirve. When I called I was told they lost my order - 2 of the 3 items were delivered and then the third never arrived. Unfortunately for them CWC is much sharper. Delivery next day in Jhb. That is great service. And they know their stuff when you need help whereas Buycycle struggled...
