Hi Hubbers

 

I'm looking to upgrade some parts on my mountain bike; stem, handlebar, seat and post etc.

 

As I am still a student I don't have much of a budget so i would like to know where the best shops are to buy in Gauteng, preferably in Pretoria.

 

An online store similar to CRC would also work.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Solomons comes to mind. Good prices and a little "student discount" might help a lot!

Solomons (one in Pretoria North and one in Lynwood) also try Bouwer Broers in Voortrekkers road. Full performance cycles have sweet deals on some stuff, so does Hotspot ... guess you'll have to shop around.

 

BTW, take a CLOSE look at stuff from Solomons, they are KNOWN to buy lots of 'damaged' or 'second grade' goods to make a good price.

I know they buy up old stock from suppliers but not exactly second grade or used or damanged stock.
