You can join our ride. Its not going to be that rough. How long have you been riding and what distances are you comfortable with?

Nobody gets left behind and the slowest rider determines the rest intervals and pace.

Been riding about 3 months, mostly tar & spinning. Longest was van Gaalens (Hectic!) 25km at about 10km/hr average.

That is perfect then. You will be fine for Northern Farms. Doing Van Gaalens is pretty hectic for anybody just starting out.

could we repeat this next weekend again please, but maybe for the Sunday ??

i'm not here this weekend, but want to do a longggggg ride next week Sunday, if possible?

Will try. I can only do long rides on Saturdays. Sundays are the tech and skills rides.

Lets make a plan.

Sorry for only responding now, Nancy...

After seeing my performance on Sunday I would rather not take chances with Breedt's just yet. I'll be more of a hindrance than anything else...

No hassle... the avatar made me look twice because I knew that Steve Hofmeyer was supposed to be in Hekpoort :whistling:

Enjoy the ride! Maybe next time :)

Directions: Take Cedar Road (R562) past Broadacres Shopping Centre and Chartwell to the T-junction at the end of Cedar Road. Turn right onto the R114 to Diepsloot, cross the Jukskei River at Heron Bridge and drive for +- 2.7km. Turn left at the two big white walls with a small sign that says “Northern Farm”.
