The aim of these rides is to improve both endurance and fitness as well as to help improve skills. Ride starts at 7:00 for 7:15.Distance will be anything from 30km to 50km depending on the average of the group. Please note that this distance will include stops and the pace will be around the 10km/h mark. Good base training. We should be done by around 13:00 It's not going to be that hot on Saturday but bring enough liquids and some snacks to keep the old system fueled.32GI Endurance or any other low GI energy drink is recommended. I wouldn't use gels. List of riders. 1. SIR Maxxis2. Skandalis3. Sidewinder4. DeltaAlphaMike5. =Bones=6. =Bones=7. Mons1008. Nairda Size is limited to 8. We had 8 yesterday and it just worked out perfectly. I will be doing skills development on the technical bits again to help out the new riders. We had the best ride yesterday with a lot of laughs and a lot of fun.
