Didn't see that one coming. Serves me right, I need a proper battleplan. Recovering this week for Berg & Bush. See you at Hakakakanananana!Took that STF recovery shake sample that night....dragonfruit flavour...worked exceptionally well. Legs were fine, and could have actually gone for another ride yesterday. I was feeling too shattered after the ride to stick around, sorry. Karma, were you on that lumo green GT that was creaking and sounding like it was going to fall apart?
