More chance of getting a new bike with insurance than getting your bike back with this, if it were to be cross subsidised with insurance it may be worth it but not both together at their respective prices.

Agree. My bike insurance is R65 per month (inclusing my kit). But I've not noticed anybody on the Hub talk about this even though we have all wondered when such a device would be available.

won't work in South Africa. No self respecting fun rider will put an extra 10g onto their bikes............
