So, inspired by the "go flat pedals" thread currently running the miles. I am convinced and want to go back to flats to improve my skills.

My bunny-hop is attrocious and I would like to remedy this and look at picking up some other fundamental skills I may have missed on the way.

Anyone know of any skills clinics run in CT? Keen to bring my gf along too although she seems to be faring better than me lately with her slow but steady approach to technical riding!

Cheers

Go out and buy the September edition of What Mountain Bike.Excellent coaching on cornering on all kinds of terrain, off camber, loose, rooty etc

Step by step and you can go and practice in Tokai.MBUK also has a skills section which is very good
