1. Advise athletes to drink more, not less

We will never know the 100% God's honest truth. It may be so that the results on the day showed the results, but surely a case study of nine is too small and this won't be true for ANY chocolate flavored "milk"

Legend has it, that if you drink a chocolate Steri-Stumpie after a long ride your thirst will dissapear. They say, if you add a scoop of whey protein its even good for our 'muskels' recovery. All I know is, it tastes 'lekker'!

Take it slow with the added proteien until you get used to lactose and proteien on a irritable stomach, or your intestines may reject you!

I love choc milk. Lived on Woolies choc milk after each Epic stage. I rather have that than a commercial drink.
