Keen to try my hand and my Mbuzi on some jumps. have you come right yet? I have a spare 50mm stem. It's currently on a bike, but it's replacement is sitting in my spares box... so it could be lent out. We'll talk this evening at Fratelli's Happy new years guys! So I'm back at work and wondering when the next jump session is gonna be? At scout hall or DHL or on the spruit? Sadly no more DHL sessions. The local transients have decided to settle, so the area is highly populated. The gaps in the jumps have become squat-spots, so whilst the threat of landing in a sadza-sausage may be incentive to clear the jump. The general state of the area is terrible. Hence the revival of the scout hall! The next session is most likely to be on Friday afternoon from 4ish). I'll be there. I'm sure Mr Christmas Tree, Nolipoli, Super_mil (if he's back from KZN) and some others will be keen too!

A session on Friday would be awesome, although i'll only be able to get there by like 6. That to late?
DR ◣◢ Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 have you come right yet? Not yet. After fitting the dropper I think the 85mm is a bit too long. I know Slick has a 55mm for me also but please bring the loaner with if you can.
Audible Anarchy Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 questions for you guys.... is it safe to try jump a carbon duallie on doubles? granted im still learning bigger jumps and will most likely crash a few times. or is it better to stick with the alu hardtail?

I used to jump my carbon dual (and it was a Crack-n-Dale). Crashed a few times too. No problem! So come on down!

Time to pad up and try some doubles! Can you ride to the scout hall line from fratellis? or do i need to organise a car?

Going back though will take about double that, so you may want to park at the Scout Hall
