I find that Zambuk works a dream too. Seeing as we all seem so comfortable talking about our nether regions. I also experience a problem on longer rides.

ZAM-BUK!

This stuff is great, just apply after a ride, really helped me when doing a lot of saddle time previously

I presume you use chamois cream, 'Agent?

Sorry forgot to mention, I am heavy on the chamois cream. Use plenty

Is it UCI compliant?

Just joking.

Sounds good. Will try it.

Had a problem yesterday after a four hour ride. First time in years that I had a rash. We had some Bepanthen leftover that we used for the kids. Worked like a charm.

Its Expensive but Assos Chamois Cream or Mark II Chamois Cream on your chamois. Assos very good though - R120 bucks a tub.

And after the ride - any zinc ointment - Fisans baby paste, etc... Blue Steel, you name it. Eevery okay has his remedy.

Dont buy cheap shorts. No amount of arse cream can account for crap chamois....

I think the big challenge for you, 'Agent, isn't what cream to use.

It is resting. You're not sounding keen.

Are you training for a big event?
