Riding the spruit

G00SE

Recommended Posts

I often ride the Spruit below PnP, across Witkoppen and into Paulshof and back, sometimes finishing after 7pm and haven't had any problems yet. I am aware of where the locals are, do greet them but never say never!

Are you riding again? That would be very happy news! The place you probably want to meet is at Fratelli's on Conrad. At the car park which you can see in the photo, top left.

Fixed. ;)

Just to make sure there are no misunderstandings:

This is my (and SIR M's) SLOOOOW base training ride as stated in post #6.

It is not the normal medium paced social ride. Anyone complains - they are welcome to join me on one of my very hard rides another evening.

Can't stress that enough. It's not a Spruit Rat Ride. It's base training. 10 to 12km/h avg.
