If you have a fox shock in front, 650 should fit no problem

 

rear wheel will be a case-by case story. Either you are lucky, or you are not.

I see on the list Scott spark 30 works, so maybe you are lucky.

 

But, you will have less clearance fron and rear, so might be issue in mud!
