Depends on how much wheel building expertise you need or how much you know about wheels. I paid a bit extra and got mine from Ruan at Spokeworks, www.spokeworks.co.za), and all I will say is you can get the same wheels built by someone who just laces them up or you can get them built properly with some attention to detail and higher spoke tensions, and the difference is light years apart.
