Giving good service, and motivating staff to do so is incredibly easy to do and requires one or two skilled people to manage it.

 

Not very difficult.. if a store continues to give bad service, namely certain reps in the store it is the fault of management.

 

Many south africans are bone lazy and couldnt give a stuff about service...

Just want to say thank you to Steven of CWC who sold me a bike rack. Spent about 30min explaining to me what I should and should not do, as well as assembling it and fitting it on my vehicle. thumbup1.gif Even gave me some nice fish recipe's and tips how to braai steakclap.gif Needless to say, left the shop hungryeek.gif Oom Chris give that man a Bellsthumbup1.gif

 

He also gave me a fish recipe and some tips on spots to go too clap.gif
