  2. https://www.bikehub.co.za/index.php?app=hubmarket&module=core&do=view_item&item_id=257223&new=1
  3. I'm willing to let her go for a very good price, if anyone is interested ?
  4. Thank you for the info Again willing to let this bike go for a very fair price.
  5. Thank you ! I have ridden many top bikes, Dogmas/Swift's and cannondales, but this bike is honestly the best bike i've owned. Sadly after studying Computer science for the last 4 years, i need to pay for a another few courses.
  6. Hey After retiring from cycling to focus on the late stages of my studies, i'm looking at selling a couple of things to pay for some courses ect. This bianchi was always my second bike that i didn't really use but kept in good nick and serviced regularly. How would i go about selling it and can you give me roughly its worth ? Full of the specs - Campagnolo 11 speed EPS ( Brand new parts chain, cassette et) - Shamal wheels - Full carbon bars/stem/ seat ect - Includes pedals - wheel bags and training wheels including Its very clean and has always had frame protectors on. Size : 50 - It fits me and i'm 175cm
  7. Where do the board things go ? Seat post area ?
  8. Any advice for a rider starting in $, who hasn't done this race before ? Whats the first odd km's like ? Where should i be dropped off at the start ? will probably be catching an uber there. Not that i would do this but, is it possible to start in a slower group like A if you an Elite ?
  9. Well i meant i haven't got far into it and haven't really experienced the race and don't understand the new rules.
  10. Haven't finished, tried it last year but was horribly fatigued and didn't finish or even get to half way. Grouped with a couple of other dropped riders and rode back to the start.
  11. True, i'd like to think i'm a different rider this year ( I hope ). Power stats ect are massively different. Had only been cycling for 2 years then. Also i'm not cycling from Cape Town to Plett during the week leading up to DC.
  12. Why is that ? I've never done this race before so i'm not familiar with the rules. i heard there is compulsory stops, is that to let dropped riders catch up ? or to let slower teams catch there breath.
  13. Whoops that was a typo, meant to say 5h30. I recon recent training and racing form. I luckily got into a competitive team (LBL), will see what happens. Haven't had the best of luck recently with racing, it would be nice to get one really good result.
  14. Anyone know how many Elites their are in a group ? Also can we ride it twice this year ? Anyone starting in $ want to go for a second lap ?
  15. Results are up, but they not correct. Agreed, the A bunch was too big and filled with people that shouldn't be there. Way too many riders were getting dropped on every small rise, and throughout the race people rode badly.
  16. Agreed, i was couple of seconds slower than the winner and i didn't expect i would be in A with the hill being relatively short. but riders who were 3minutes slower than the winner were all put in A. In theory its a good idea, especially if you stop racing for a while but still train and lose a couple of seeding places. Its hard to get back to A because you basically have to better A's time to get there.
  17. That crash in A was pretty hectic, i was luckily on the far left of John, and managed ride off the side of the road. Still lost the bunch because of that, had to ride most the race as a 3man TT.
  18. Wouldn't A and B start separately because of the league going on for A and B ? That also must mean that B start separately to C. Just guessing.
