Arete I may bring my two ladies with. Or one or either of them. Depends on homework, time of the month, the moon and energy levels. The reason why the ride speeds up when it gets dark is that it is all downhill from the top of Alberts. Either that or some are scared of riding in the dark so think moving fast is better? When we say we want to go up Delta. It means as far as the playground - to play. The XC guys can do a lap around the top. RockSpider85 1

See you learn loads from riding with theses guys!! (note for people who are just viewing and not participating in the ride). I am going to cheat on my ride with you guys, as I am busy with base training so heart rate may not go above 135bpm ....the flippen butterflies fly past me RockCoach 1

Won't commute then tomorrow .... my bike will carry my car around.
