I can't wait for the 100th TDF... it's gonna be spectacular and of course work production will be at a close to zero mark in July :whistling:

so nobody thinks Nibali will post a serious challenge this year then? I think he's one to watch.

He hasn't committed according to all the reports I've read.

He is targeting 2014.

NOT RELATED TO 2013

Cannondale Pro Cycling needs a GT contender after Nibs exited and Basso is fading into retirement.

Maybe buy Uran or Betancur?

“I’m back training on the bike now and feeling pretty good,” Hesjedal told Cyclingnews.

He will compete in next month’s Tour de Suisse before taking on the Tour de France, a race in which he has pinpointed a podium place as a major objective.

“The Tour is definitely the goal now. I want to challenge at the head of the race and then a podium, based on the field, would be an incredible result. After winning the Giro I know that a result in the Tour is possible. To stand on the podium in Paris is definitely an achievement. I’ve not really fixated on goals like that but the idea for now is to get in the best shape possible.”

"Cadel goes in as captain, we've never said anything other than that and Tejay accepts that and has made similar comments.... We're not confused about what we're going to be doing at the Tour and we take it one day at a time once we get to the start."

Contador and Sagan. I dont see Sky backing Froome all the way with Wiggo exiting Giro. Cav is the fastest but Sagan is the better overall sprinter across all stages. Bring on Le Tour.
