Wonder if Boasson Hagen might just try take a dip at getting away in the last few k's to take those 3 secs....? Wouldn't be a sky priority to take the jersey (when they expect to get it tomorrow) but EBH may just be on the lookout for an opportunity...

Too early for Sky me thinks. Of course hoping Daryl keeps it for another day but it will be tough defending the jersey when they hit the big mountains tomorrow.

It will be a bonus if he can keep it today but once they hit the high mountains it will be gone :(

nice to see Voight in the breakaway:

Kadri and Voigt now have 3:30 in hand on the peloton and it seems as if there will be a period of detente, at least until the category two Col des 13 Vents (6.9km at 5.6%), which is still around 50km away.

I have a feeling we might be surprised with Contador's form come the mountains. Really hope Froome can keep his wheel and hand out some pain. Can't wait for a epic battle. I hope it is brutal

Jens in the break with one other... Could be a good day for the break to stay away but not sure 2 guys can do it...

deffos, think it will be a "break-away" stage...top dogs will save themselves for tomorrow

I reckon Sky will assess conditions and, in the meantime, keep on protecting Froome.

If there's an opportunity closer to the white chalk, I think Brailsford will unleash the big guy.

Orica will fight to live another day in yellow.

Yea I guess my point was, the Green Edge boys can't relax if they get into the last 10km with the peloton together - they will need to watch EBH like a hawk.

Break could succeed today with the cat 2 & cat 3 climbs so look for Voeckler, Rolland or Pinot to have a go. I think the favourites will sit back and wait for tomorrow.

Should I go for a ride from 3 till 6 or should I watch the stage....................these 1st world problems really bugs me

You can ride anytime, you can only watch for a few days in a year....easy question

Definitely.

Even Chavanel is in striking range.
