Any advice out there?My advice is dont ask for that kind of advice on the Hub. But V12Man is pretty good if you insist on going this route.

Any advice out there? I have no idea where you mean - tendonitis of a hamstring is pretty uncommon - please mark up a photo or picture, and post it up.
Red Zone Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 stretch it out and get a foam roller from a sports shop and roll those hammies every day, should sort out out soon soon
