I'd just like to encourage riders to support the initiative as a whole. Sure it has taken a long time but guys like Rob, Meurant, Gary and myself seem to have the patience to play the game. Parks and the other users know now we are not just a flash mob, we are here to see this thing through.

 

Dates have been set to have a draft EMP circulate for public comment and we have a well versed writer handling the text. As a reminder, this will not be a map of new trails but it will enable discussions to take place around the need for a world class offering! Without the document, as many might already know, we cannot engage in anything committing without it.

 

In the last TMMTB forum meeting, it was made clear that the intention is to present mountain biking on a professional level, this is the only way to provide a lasting future for the activity. We will be the first user group to do this and will set a precedent for others to follow. Mountain biking leading the way, that is a feather in our cap.

 

When the time comes for new trails, public will have input too.

The singletrack in question is now a multi-use trail. You may ride your mountain bikes there without fear of fines.. Thanks Rob, big step towards ST for the front of the mountain!

 

Obviously with this being multi-use, yield for other traffic applies.
