There is an agreement that was negotiated quite a few years ago to allow night riding in Tokai at night.

 

The conditions are (as I know them):

• Only Tuesday to Thursday

• Every person riding must have a permit or day pass.

• sign in at the gate

• a group of at least 3 people for safety

also can't ride silver mine or the mast
