Anyone else having problems with uploads, bryton bridge and general issues? On the bryton Facebook page it's a whole bunch of complaints.

Updated software and then has to reinstall bridge 2.0 before I could upload rides this weekend.

Plugged it on today to charge but PC didn't pick it up, so maybe my bridge software is still not good ...

have had no problems uploading...BUT....all my history since June has vanished. I posted something on their facebook page and got nothing...not really bothered because everything is in Strava (even though Strava does not have true altitude that bryton data has)

Was kind of pissed off about it at first....but was more pissed that no-one bothered to reply to me on facebook

Seems people have been having issues since the website update. Not even my bryton bridge device manager wants to update the software. .... it just hangs for 2 hours trying to download. Check the bryton international Facebook page, not the bryton sa page. You'll see nothing but issues.

I cant upgrade to the new software without upgrading my OS? This is ridiculous - my little mac book cant physically run any later software than leopard so now I cant use my device?

Couldn't upload any rides direct , kept on saying upload fail, had to upload them to my desk top then upload from computer.

I do my rides, download all to my PC in .tcx format, and then upload to strava and bryton from desktop. it's much quicker and i've never had hassles...

I know it can be done but for the price of all this 'equipment' surely it should work the way its supposed to. I mean if you got a new car and had to jump start it would you be happy? I mean you get it going and you get from point A to point B right? What if I was on holiday and wanted to upload my data? This way means I have to always have my own pc
