But I am sure you want to feel good after the Prologue as you know what lies ahead for the rest of the race

Just want to look good, not really cared about how I feel!

Thanks guys, most of you have really solid advice, never easy when your partner is not available to train with and the European climate is so different.... anyone have any good advice for a European partner - not big on internet else would get him on here!

serious question: Apologies if its a dof one, but what makes the prologue different from the other stages - other than distance? Why not just treat it as just another stage. I can understand that you dont want to fall and mess the the rest of your race up after paying all that money, but you cant let that play on your mind.

I think It's a little "fun" stage before the **** hits the fan :) And as mentioned above somewhere i think you get a seeding based on your prologue Edited by fabes

As Russel Crowe said, "What we do in the Prologue, echoes for eternity" - you don't want to be the oke that comes last or DNF's
