Just some of the descents on the single track during the Fair Cape MTB Challenge that was held on 30 November 2013.

Race distance 60km

Elevation gain 1419m

Location Durbanville, South Africa

Started at Meerendal and crossed over to Hooggekraal for some lovely single track.

First time doing single track so was a bit cautious.

Three years ago my dad and I did our first self supported MTB tour. The rest is history. Every year we've been doing them and they are becoming a tradition. It's also become a tradition for me to make a short film of each trip afterwards.

This one has been the most ambitious one to date. I've bumped up production from using Windows Video Maker to Adobe Premiere Pro CC. Totally worth it!

Please let me know what you think if you've watched it.

Hi all! Please check out this passion project I did.

For those that don't know Marco Joubert - some of his achievements include Top 20 Overall Finish at 2018 Cape Epic and making the shortlist for 2016 Olympics XCO race. I know Marco so I wanted to focus on the rider and riding, so no cheesy bike and brand promotions. Hope you like it.
