Eagerly awaiting delivery I got an email from their sales dept. last week informing me that the set I ordered is discontinued and out of stock. BUT, I can have the newer version, they will let me know as soon as they have stock. My reply was yes thank you, I know there is a price difference , please let me know and I'll pay in the difference. To my surprise I got a phone call from security this morning telling me there is a package for me, low and behold my new brake set was delivered and that before I even knew that it was on its way. The dispatch email with the tracking number was sent at 18:26 last night and the package was delivered at 08:20, how’s that for service? Thank you to the guys as EasyBike, for my new brake set and the discount I got, you will definitely get my business again.

Yesterday I got a phone call from them telling me that the M596 brake set seems to be discontinued and they upgraded me to the M615 brake set at no extra cost. Berco will deliver the brake set today fanievb 1

If the stock is in delivery is fast if the stock needs to be ordered there is waiting period, but you usually know it when you place your order so it's cool in my books when the order isn't a rush. I also ordered some stuff a while back and the suppliers didn't stock it no more and was offered a refund straight up opted to change out the items for something else and it was at my door in about 2 days time and I life in the West Coast.

Delivery times are kept as accurate as possible and we are working all the time to speed up delivery times and waiting times for any items placed on Backorder. rouxtjie Posted November 5, 2013 Posted November 5, 2013 Just a quick shout to the guys at easybike....legend....dary Wife wanted a HR monitor but a small watch type device for her birthday, got the FR210 from easybike but wife then decided she actually wanted an edge 500 bundle instead...returned the 210 to them and they are shipping the 500 today apparently.
