Afternoon Ladies and Gents

My work wants to start a team for the one day classics such as 94.7, Argus, Amashova etc.

I was wondering what the legal way is to do this. Some of the guys are members of different clubs and others are just starting out.

Is it as simple as just wearing clothing that says the company's name on or are there official

channels that have to be filled etc?

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS: no one in the team is a professional and wouldn't stand a chance of winning, its purely for fun and for the company to get free advertising while the riders ride for free with the company paying their entrance fees. B)

Design your kit with logo's go to a custom clothing manufacturer like Anatomic, they can assist in this, train train train... make sure you all have your CSA License, and pay your entry ( or the company can pay :) ) and then enjoy your race

DId it for our office years ago.

Got approved graphics from the internal marketing team that I took to a cycling apparel manufacturer and got some kit made up. Had Management set up a slush fund for entries and some other sundries, like drinks after. Did bulk entries when I had everyone's details, confirming they already had appropriate license and\or memberships to said events and then dished out the kit. Simple as that. You might have to check whether your company is prepared to cover licensing on top of entry fees and facilitate this too.

Not too much bother if everyone else is committed and sees this as a benefit too. Hard when you're a one man band trying to russle up support....
