ANYBODY know of any spinning classes that are not in a gym. In the pta east area. Elardus park. Moreleta ect

Bought new for R3k and has been standing in the garage for a year now. Did one 20min session on it.

There is a place in Erasmuskloof - Kariga st - just close to H/Strydom/Rubenstein crossing - saw it running past there the other day. Also at the gym c/o genl Louis Botha & Douglas Scholtz

 

I know there is also something at Menlo Park High school.

 

Cant vouch for any of them as I train at Virgin.
