Has anyone contacted Bryton (Balistic Bikes) to ask them, Bitching on the forum don't fix stuff??

I dont know if Jason has the power to change the way bryton do this, he is an agent for the brand, not a developer :)

I thought the rant and rave section was for just this? discuss and share experiences. You have stock in the co?

I have, was assited via e-mail by a techie...as explained earlier the fix worked.

The problem is, like in my case, been sick for 8 weeks, no riding, then start again, try and download and it flat out refuses to do so unless you get their latest version of Bridge2...thats like gun against the head and lets not forget, their site is not always working at lightning speed either...

But I have to say, since the new update I can download to pc direct and then to the sites when it suites me

Again, what value does this extra layer(brytonbridge) add....why does it need to go to it first to be able to use the data in other applications...why can't they just save the data in the device in a format that can be used everywhere else.

I couldn't agree more. I am a supporter of open standards across all platforms and devices.
