Just completed the challenge today.Did 7340m of Off road climbing in and around the buffelspoort valley.Some tough climbs in the area with quite a lot of hill repeats to get all the meter in. Did 305 Km to climb 7340m with avg speed of 14.9 Km/Hr.Not to bad for my standards. Some great climbing with Awesome views. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
