I just wanted to tell everyone about the great service I recieved from Bradley @ Rad cycles.

I ordered a set of grips, seatpost clamp and top cap from him which he sent off promptly before the payment had even cleared.

My parcel was then in a post office truck that was involved in an accident somewhere near Umtata where a bunch of parcels were damaged or stolen on the roadside.

After a week of waiting for the police investigation it was discovered that my parcel was indeed stolen. Bradley immediately sent off another parcel, I offered to contribute but was told it wasn't necessary.

 

I would definately recommend him if you are looking for these items. They look very good BTW.

Lock-on grips with anodised ends, etc.

I can also just heap praise on Brad's great srvice - ordered 2 x tail lights from hiom ans his service was great!!

I have also received great service from him. Ordered two tail lights and got an email that they are in transit, literally minutes after placing the other.

My store is an online site, I'm not one of the big players like CWC or buycycle, but I try. (if your in Pretoria your welcome to pop around and look at what I've got, you'll just need to arrange with me before hand)

 

I started the site to see if I could make a little money to help pay for my studies and at the same time provide goods I can get my hands on at a good price. (buy direct from the manufacturers overseas)

 

Well if anyone ever has any problems with their goods or wants to ask me a question, don't hesitate to pop me an e-mail or PM here on hub.

Sorry it took so long for your goods to get to you, I'm glad the second parcel got to you.

He operates his business like a true seasoned pro but with a smile and conscientiousness seldom seen in larger operations.
