They have some good bikes in their possesion and hopefully the owners can help him. It seems like some bikes is already indentified by the owners,These are only a few bikes that might be stolen stuff. There is usually a public notice in newspapers, community papers and on the notice board at your police station. Used to be all the rage back in the day. pick up stuff cheap cheap at a polic auction and then head off to PPA's swop shop and sell it at a higher price to fund the next Campagnolo groupset

Inspector Van Der Watt reckons he'll have to give it all back if no-one identifies their stuff. Spread the word and lets get as many folks with stolen bikes sorted out.Although I guess with a bike having been identified, it is no longer likely that everything gets given back
