Hey Mackie, thanks. But I am specifically looking for a shop with a physical shop where I can "try on and buy" rather than ordering online and not knowing whether it really fits and looks the way I want to.

Failing which I will definitely look at these guys thanks. They are the Bicycling Magazine crowd hey?

Perfect, thanks very much!! Gonna go get me some Catlike stealth today!! ;)

Leaf, Kompact'o or Whisper...

Let us know what your impressions of the shop are as it is very new still and I haven't had a chance to go have a look

Ok so popped in there yesterday afternoon.

Shop layout is nice and clean with nice displays on all the bikes without having to squeeze through between displays.

They have some really nice kit and machines there. Mainly Bergamont and BMC.

Still a bit of work to do but getting there.

Two servicing stations right in the shop behind a nice big counter so you can see what's happening.

Toilets and also some nice coffee ... ;) important as we know.

Dylan says that they will soon be starting rides and skills training early in the mornings and / or after work.

They also have something called Price thumping Thursdays where they sell stuff at silly prices!!!

Register for the newsletter and they will let you know!

So yes a good experience overall, can see that they just moved in but I think this shop has the potential to become a very nice place to go!!

Oh and .....

I also got the matt one few months ago. Unfortunately the matt layer is very thin and peels of very easily....

If it does take it to Dylan, he mentioned that Catlike replaced all of the ones where this happened!

Yeah also looked at that but that binds you a bit with clothing and bike colors. Dunno maybe that's a bit OCD but yeah. White or black works best for me. Tried the white as well but the mat black is really cool imo.

Will try out at race on Saturday and let you guys know what I think. But it is quite a bit more comfortable and lighter than my Fox Flux (which will be up for sale soon ;) )

Hey Raab

Thanks to you for putting me onto them.

It feels awesome. Light with a snug fit and almost don't feel it. The sizing mechanism works a charm as well and is super comfortable.

If you're a roadie, get the new Mixino - Superlight with snug fit and anti bacterial spacers and straps. Pretty awesome.

Doing a 75k this weekend so will let you know after how it feels through a race.
