Moving the saddle back will have no affect on the speed of the steering, and while the reach may increase by 10mm, the hip angle will decrease so it may feel a little more cramped. THIS is where it's at for 1.5" stems... http://www.pricepoint.com/_productimages/350x350/305_eas061_org_1.jpg probikeshop has a black one in 65mm here's a more budget freindly option otherwise just search probikeshop and CRC and filter. there are a few options out there! But as for "lying around"... I think that you may struggle to find.

My Moto came with an 85mm stem. It was terrible. like steering a monstertruck with vise-grips.

I might be stupid, but not that stupid! Have settled into and made peace with the 50mm for now ... just curious about the 60mm. Best solution is just to go wider on the bars from a 710mm to a 740/750mm wide bar I think
