Cat2forLife Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 The only time you're ever allowed to have pedal straps on a bike is to stop you from ripping your cleats out of the pedals on a track bike. And on an oldschool fixie or something I guess.
90 Inch Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Only track sprinters putting out over 1500 Watts need to consider straps, then the straps are in addition to cleats.For Road and MTB cleat up.
